First last Friday Carson and I had our "special day" - something our family started at the beginning of the year. We went and saw Alvin and the Chipmunks. Carson laughed so hard, I had so much fun just watching him.

Then we went to Fiesta Fun and played all the games. He never wanted to stop, but we had to hurry home because my parents were on their way down from up north. They came down on Friday and on Saturday we all went to see the Parade of Homes. Those houses are so huge! They are all really nice, but way too much for this family!

It was really fun having my parents down, even if it was just for a little bit!
Then the other day Carson wrecked his bike going down our great big hill. He was so funny, he had to have a bandage on every wound. So I got the biggest bandaids I had and almost covered half his face. I just had to get a picture, look how miserable he looks! What's funny is he never even cried, but by the look on that face you would think it was terrible!
Then on Thursday I took off with the boys for a quick trip up north to see my brothers new baby. She really is adorable! And Abigale is going to be such a good big sister. We came back Friday morning, because Carson had a birthday party he wanted to get to on Saturday, so it really was a quick trip! But it was fun to see some of my family and meet little Preslie!

Ouch Carson, that looks pretty bad. I would have needed a bandaid too! And the houses, oh the houses. I saw on another blog that they do the "special day" thing too, I think I'm going to start doing that. Noah really needs some one-on-one time. What a great idea!
Good to hear that Carson is okay after his accident. What a brave young man!! We were sorry we missed you while you were here for your quick visit. Maybe we will see you sometime soon!
I felt so bad when I saw Carson's wound! But what a tough boy! We really enjoyed our visit, and playing with the boys. Wayne hasn't stopped talking about the skeet shooting and the Parade of Homes was impressive. It made me happy to have the home I have. I wouldn't want to clean those mansions!!! Thanks for the fun weekend Millers.
Hey Jen!
I was happy and surprised to hear from you...how did you find us? I would love to keep in touch. Do you mind if I add you to our list? Your boys are darling. I really was great to hear from you!
