Trunk or Treat!

Today was Carsons first preschool Halloween party. They got to wear their costumes to the party. Carson was pretty excited to show off his big SuperMan muscles. While Carson was celebrating inside his preschool Blake, Michael and I decorated our cars trunk and got ready for the trunk or treat. Michael thought this was pretty fun. He was so excited to give the candy to the kids - and as you can see, he enjoyed plenty of it himself. I turned on scary music in the car and Michael got really scared. He wouldn't even get in the car for a little while!
Carson got to make a pumpkin hat, decorate a trick or treat bag, eat apples and peanut butter and hear scary stories. Then the kids came outside! Carson had so much fun going from car to car getting candy! And the teachers were so cute helping the kids say trunk or treat and thank you at each car. Carson looked so cute with the pumpkin he made at preschool on his head.
He ended up with a bag full of candy(it was suppose to be a healthy treat - but only a couple people didn't bring candy - I brought granola bars and ritz cheese bites - I thought it was a good compromise). It ended up being a really fun morning for both Carson and Michael.

I can't believe you have a little boy old enough to dress up in a costume for a school parade and party. But it was always fun for mom and the younger siblings to help out and watch. I see it was the same for you. Carson you looked awesome and your pumpkin hat is perfect!

It looks like it was a lot of fun, for everyone. I hope Noah's school does something like that. I can't wait to see you all in your costumes at the party on saturday.
