Merry Christmas!

We have had such a fun, busy Christmas season this year. Michael had his preschool Christmas program. This is Michael with his teacher Ms. Brandi.
They sang us all the songs they have been learning this year. And even though I have heard most of the songs at home I was still very impressed. Then Michael went with me to help with Carsons class party. We made ice cream cone Christmas trees. They turned out cute, I took pictures, I'm just not sure where they are.
Then we took pictures with all the Miller cousins. I took the pictures and then got to use my new photoshop program. I think they turned out pretty good for ten little munchkins!Carson lost his first tooth! He was very excited.

We have heard many times about how he was the last one to loose a tooth in his first grade class. The tooth fairy almost forgot to come, he was busy rearranging office furniture, but not to worry we remembered first thing in the morning. Carsons was excited to find a gold dollar under his pillow. My parents came down to deliver Christmas presents and then we all headed to the BYU bowl game. It was very, very cold. But it was fun, especially because BYU won.We made a gingerbread house. The boys had been begging to do this.We went on the annual neighborhood Christmas-eve sledding trip. It was very fun. The boys loved the sledding.Carson was very into sledding this year. This is where I spent most of my time. Kambree only lasted about twenty minutes out in the snow. Then she and I hung out in the car while she took a nap. Soon after Michael and Blake joined us to eat their donuts and get warm. And yes, Santa did visit our house. The boys all got bikes. They loved their new pajamas and all the many, many legos they received. Carson kept saying "We must have been really good this year, because Santa spoiled us."Michael loved his new football and hanging out with all his Miller cousins. Blake got all kinds of little figures, batman, superman and Buzz Lightyear. He loves playing with these little guys.Kambree had a fun first Christmas, she was loving getting into all the boys stuff. And it was fun for me to get to buy some girlie stuff. Blake has been loving Kambrees baby dolls. We hope you all had a great Christmas too! Now we are looking forward to the anticipated John family new years eve party!

Yep, we're back!

I just have not felt any motivation to blog, but it's one of those things I just feel guilty for not doing. Hopefully if I get all caught up, I'll feel like it'll be easy to just add a couple things at a time again. Anyway, here is what we've been up too since my last post in April!Blake turns two! And is just in such a fun stage right now! Michael turns four! Way harder for him to get a little older, than when Carson does. I don't know why, just is!Easter, really fun this year. The kids LOVED the candy.

Carsons feild trip to the farm. I got to go and it was fun.

Carson turns six and get's a BB Gun. You can bet this mom didn't know that was going to happen! He had a really cool secret agent party. Like always a lot of work, but worth it in the end. Baseball season, Carson did better this year. Shan was his coach. He also did Soccer at the same time. Two rounds of swimming lessons.Thanksgiving points dinosaur museum. The boys could have stayed there forever.

Spent lots of time on the water slide.First smiles. SO cute.Grew a monster garden. Yummy peas and carrots.Shan turned 33.Carson graduated from Kindergarten.Fishing up at Enterprise reservoir. Marshmellows, ice cream and dinner with the Heaths.

Did service for President Monsons birthday. Smothered our brand new baby sister. All the men in the John family went on a back packing trip to the Uintahs. Shan took his camera, he just didn't take any pictures. The girls and kids all got together and we had so much fun.

We even headed to to the zoo!
Fourth of July was a little different this year. Usually we spend it with my family, but this year we decided to stay home. It was fun to get to spend it with the Millers.

Got fun matching PJ's.
Went on the best family vacation yet, to Yellowstone and everywhere in between. We hit bear world, lagoon and the childrens museum.

Twenty fourth of July in Beaver. Managed to loose Carson this year.

Annual 24th of July camping trip with Shans family. Only us and Tiffany's family made it this year, but it was still fun.
That is until Carson got hit by a falling log and cut his head open. Probably should have gotten stitches, but we made to with butterfly bandaids.

Had fun catching frogs at a Tonaquint falls with the Stanworths.

Carson started school as a first grader. Much, much harder for me than Kindergarten.First, and maybe the last for me, sleep out on the trampoline. Shan opted out and slept inside with Kambree. The boys loved it.
Isn't she just beautiful.

Michael started preschool. He has so much fun there.

Michael went to his first BYU game.....and slept through the whole thing.

Lots and lots of hunting. Shan only had one tag, for a spike elk, but he managed to find lots of other opportunities to head to the mountains.
We went hiking to emerald pools in Zions. It was a fun little Saturday activity. Zions sure has changed since the last time we went.
We had such a fun Halloween. And it was SO fun for me to get to dress up a little girl.

Football, Carson didn't get much ball action, but he did a good job pulling flags.

Blake became obsessed with his batman cape. Wore it everywhere for a full month.

Wrestling. Carson took it pretty serious.

Michael thought the whole thing was so funny. He had the biggest grin on his face and would laugh the whole way through.

And last week Shan signed us up to participate in the live nativity at Tuacahn. It was a good experience for the boys and helped us all remember what Christmas is really about!
